Mr. Spencer is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TVC Capital. He focuses his time and energy on the acquisition of and investment in software and software enabled services firms with at least $3 million in revenue. He has proven to be effective in working closely with management to rapidly professionalize and grow software companies into leaders in their fields.

Chief Financial Officer
Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Reardon worked in the tax department of Arthur Andersen LLP, concentrating on the taxation of large consolidated corporate entities, partnerships, and LLCs. After Arthur Andersen, Mr. Reardon worked as the director of taxation for a large investment fund, which managed over seven billion dollars in assets.
